My team pioneered a diversity and inclusion strategy for the company, after seeing a lack of multicultural representation on marketing across the company. Based on this principle, we developed campaigns to promote diversity.
Consultant research and feedback was our compass to solve design problems, and figure out best communication channels to generate results to create brand awareness, revenue and loyalty.
